hi all guys!
a couple of months ago i asked my dealer to give a steel camgear to replace my aluminium made one on my 1994 fe 600. he did gave one originated from a 06' model that will fit right in as he told me. he only mentioned that the bolts needed to be shortened a bit.
i opened it this morning to do the job but i was surprised to see that the 2 camwheels where very different basicaly its dimensions and number of "teeth" are the same but the 2 holding bolts distance is way longer at the 06' camwheel.so is the hole in the center.
any way , can anyone tell me since when camwheels (and of course the camshafts) changed dimensions?
thanks in advance
