Cam chain - clip or swedge - MasterLink

I believe my 2006 Husaberg fe550e is about due for a new cam chain. I checked the ratcheting adjuster, and it's almost all the way out.
I have a new chain in my cart at Taffey's (100788 - R80036013000 R80036013100 IWIS Cam Chain with split link- 66 Link - 501; 2004 & 550 models 2004-2008) (link), but it is only offered with a clip for the master.
I have no experience with this, but I am concerned with the clip coming off and the resultant horror that would take place. What are your opinions on a swaged master VS a clipped master?

Also, should I also replace the cam chain sprockets or any other bits while I am in there?

Thanks for your offer - much appreciated. I like to hear a few opinions regarding the clipped master first. I also would like to know if I need to change the timing sprockets as well.

never had a problem with masterlinks. as long as put on closed end in direction of rotation. swaged is ok if you're good with the tool

Thanks for the tip. I'll go with the clipped version as it comes with the chain.
