Sorry for not putting this in an existing thread, but really wanted to make sure that my post was visible. I put a Cycleworks pump in my 2010 FE390 2 years ago when the factory pump failed. The pump worked great. Sadly, I have only put about 44 hours on the bike over those two years. My Cycleworks pump died last week (totally different symptoms than the OEM pump) and I called them to make sure that there was not a different way to test it, etc. The young lady that I spoke with said that she would have "Chris" call me back later. A few hours later, I got a call from him and it turns out that he is the owner of the company. I explained my problem and what tests I had done. His response was " why don't we send you a new one." Ten minutes after completing the phone call, I had an e-mail with shipping confirmation and a tracking # for my new pump. Should have it in a couple of days! What awesome customer service and integrity! Thanks Chris!!
