Sorry for not putting this in an existing thread, but really wanted to make sure that my post was visible. I put a Cycleworks pump in my 2010 FE390 2 years ago when the factory pump failed. The pump worked great. Sadly, I have only put about 44 hours on the bike over those two years. My Cycleworks pump died last week (totally different symptoms than the OEM pump) and I called them to make sure that there was not a different way to test it, etc. The young lady that I spoke with said that she would have "Chris" call me back later. A few hours later, I got a call from him and it turns out that he is the owner of the company. I explained my problem and what tests I had done. His response was " why don't we send you a new one." Ten minutes after completing the phone call, I had an e-mail with shipping confirmation and a tracking # for my new pump. Should have it in a couple of days! What awesome customer service and integrity! Thanks Chris!!

I had a similar experience with CA Cycleworks. They shipped me my new fuel pump for my FE570 last summer. UPS tried to deliver it but when I was not home and they ended up sending it back to Cycleworks. UPS could not re-route so CA Cycleworks sent me another pump before receiving back the first one, to make sure I had it in time for a planned ride. That kind of customer service is almost unheard of today. Kudos to CA Cycleworks! :cheers:
Want to add on here too, got a pump and while installing it had a piece break off. Sent an email with a picture and not blaming their pump on the piece breaking off. I ordered a pump up and within 20 minutes of putting that order in they refunded the pump price and just had me pay shipping. Sent the new pump out and didn't have me send in the old one.
Hands down the best customer service I've ever dealt with.
