Thought I'd put together a highlight reel of a ride earlier in the week. N1ghts has provided inspiration with his awesome camera work. Thanks mate !

Man I had some drama doing this, the gopro editor is full of bugs, I cant figure out windows movie maker and vimeo wont take more than 500mb without me paying.

Oh and I cant figure out how to get the video on my post. Can someone help me with my audio visual nightmare ?

Sure does!

Subtly different sound to your bike - at least it's subtle through a GoPro mic. A kind of clinically menacing insistence to it. Less animalistic in how it's threatening, more modern warfare. Love it when it spools up under load - BRARK! - gave me a little scare actually. I think I can hear your arms stretching there Mat! Soon we'll be able to shake hands. Who knows where that'll lead!

Video editing - haven't yet found a good program that I can recommend ... the pro programs are quality but are unnecessarily complex, and the less cumbersome programs are often low quality ... I'd have a look at Adobe Premiere Elements maybe. Could try the free trial. I remember a Windows-using friend really liking Vegas for video editing. I'll ask around, it's a good question.

Miro Video Converter could work well as a last compression step! It's free and very nice quality.

(Things are a little better on the Mac side I think - iMovie is excellent for bread-and-butter editing.)

Looks like fun!

Yeah yeah! The fun factor goes up with the water level, we are having a heat wave here, 40 celcius or more and there is nothing better than splashing through the water.

Thanks for the tip tourist, I will check those programs out. I honestly cant remember what a 570 sounds like, I do know I'm addicted to mine:-D If my arms stretch that far there will be beer, women, music, bikes, firecrackers, home spun napalm
etc etc.

Im going fot another run tomorrow morning with a different fella, he rides a yz450f should be fun.

Have ya got any footage of the mongrel 628 in action?

Grtz

Thanks mate.
Its a hero 3 silver edition, I use the skeleton back door for the best sound.

That sounds cool bushie the 700 should fairly bark, make sure you steer clear of wobbygong and bungarra too. Bloody hoop snakes!
