broken Valve retainer 2010 FE 450

Hi All
Looking for opinions on why this happend

Got me a 2010 FE450 a few weeks ago
Good shape , starts and works great, fast as hell
Had a bit of valve noise so decided to check them , this is what i see
the valve retainer is cracked and the rocker has some serious damage to it

the shim was serious cupped

it's a intake valve

the other valves amd shims are normal

Antyone seen this happen before ?

Any idea oof the reason ?

Guessing over heating. You did replace your oil at regular intervals? Good quality oil? At least You before any more damage

I've only had the bike a couple of weeks
bike has 200 hr 8200km

Yeah i got it before any major damage, if it had let go it would be much worse

You can see where the rocker was wearing on the retainer

shim was very cupped the other 3 valves look normal

Looking at a retainer, head gasket and rocker

Just someting i've never seen before and wondering how it got like this
