Broken tooth on drivegears

Lately my bike started to be knocking noisy under load so i decided to look in the head and under left engine cover.
And i found that i have broken to half two teeth on the upper timing gear and traces on crank drivegear  , all other gears (basket ect.) look fine.
In oil was only some metal schavings not one bigger tooth or something, washed the engine with gasoline to be sure nothing was left in.

Should I be worried :?:

If it were me, I'd do a complete engine/transmission tear-down and carefully wash all parts individually by hand and replace all bearings and seals while at it. The chance of more metal floating around in there is very great. I had to do this on a 500 Husqvarna 2 stroke years ago that had the kick start gear fail and yes, there was metal in the transmission gears.

BTW, I sure wouldn't use gasoline for parts washing. Not only is it very dangerous but can cause hardening of rubber seals.
