If you are talking about flushing the system out what I use is a handheld vacum pump. I remove the master cylinder cover then with one of the lines furnished with the pump attach to the bleeder screw. Loosen the screw and work the pump lever sometimes you have to pump the brake handle or pedal to get it started. Be sure to keep brake fluid in the master cylinder that way you won`t get air in the line. You can tell when all the old fluid comes out because the old looks dingy and the new is clear. When you start getting clear fluid in the pump container tighten the bleeder screw and cap up the master cylinder. Replace everything and your done. Thats one of the hand held vac. pumps you see in a auto parts place and they are very handy. Hope this helps.

old trick for new dogs

drain the fluid by the quickest way (doesn't matter how)
add new fluid to the system and push fluid into the bleeder using a sealed plastic bottle with a hose sealed through the lid (hose through smaller hole). squeeze the bottle forcing fluid into the system.
99.9% air from system now, lever feel pretty good.
enter old trick... ahwooooo ahwooooo (polite applause)
pull the lever back to the bars with a cable tie or similar and leave over-night. this will allow any remaining air to self bleed from the system making the lever feel superior to normal.
Thank you, thank you...no, you're too modest.
