Got a husaberg390 ... Does anyone else have a problem with brackets pedal/ step plate being way to close to engine. It's like 2,mm gap, I bought a RHK plate to go on it but it's exactly the same.
my 390 is the same, super close, have some small scratches on the side as well where i've gouged the case

I have ruined one cover and my other two have deep scratches. I bend my pedal out using a big adjustable now and then.
I also remove the inner teeth and round it off. You never use them anyway so all those teeth are doing is gnawing aluminium.
