Just wondering if any of you Arizona guys have tried this place? According to Husabergs ad in Dirt Bike mag. they are listed as a dealer. Any info would be great.
They would be a little closer coming from Payson than Premier.

to the best of my knowledge, they are no longer a H-berg dealer. BMW said they'd pull they're dealership unless they got rid of them, so they handed the Bergs back.

thanks,

BMW told them not to sell motorcycles that would compete with theirs.

Maybe because they know our bikes could really compete in the Dakar, unlike their bikes of the same name.

So it's still Premier.

Meanwhile I see more and more Bergites in Arizona, just this morning I saw a guy going to Sycamore with a Berg and a Honda in his bed. And two weeks ago a guy came to visit neighbors of mine riding a 2005 FE650e.

So any tips on getting better customer service from Premier. The last time I was in there I was treated like an annoyance and I actually bought stuff!

People are just starting to see the light Lefrog, Bergs rule!

Same thing happened to me at Champion in Mesa, Phoenix Motorsports on 7h street (they stopped selling "dirt bikes" -pronounce with disdain) and at Bernie's in Mesa.

They are ok with you when you buy a quad or a bike but do they hate you when you come to buy parts and fluids for it.

leFrog,

The one you saw out at sycamore creek might have been me. The lady and I went out riding the other day but not at sycamore, we went to the Bulldog canyon area just south of sycamore creek. I had my Berg and her CRF150F in the back of a white GMC truck.... was the truck you saw a white one?

Regards,

MRP,

I have had the same experience as you over at Premier and have boycotted them until things change. I have been using Motoxotica for parts and bits for the last two years and have been pleased with their service. I would like to support a "local dealer" but with the service Premier has I just cannot do it. I will also try to spread the support to other dealers as I find ones that are willing to treat me like their business depends on the customer. I believe that customer loyalty and dealer loyalty are very important in this high dollar recreational hobby.

Regards,

Arizona Bergites:

As I have informed Frog, we allow every dealer a generous radius of territory to serve. If any of you have suggestions for dealers in the cities that are over an hour from Phoenix, please PM me.

Cheers,

Yes Indeed. Little Honda on the right, recent Berg on the left, the guy had a scruffy look ;) Well, Bulldog, Sycamore, same direction from Ellsworth Road.

Well, then the entire Valley is covered... 80 miles radius from the North of Phoenix covers everything.

BRETT,a ktm dealer in prescott az recommended to me a gas gas dealer in that area as an excellent dealer of those motorcycles.dan.

Well, Prescott is a bit of a ride from Phoenix.

But what we were saying the other day is true: this coud be Husaberg country. These bikes are well suited for that type of terrain.

I wish Bernie's in Mesa, although I am not a big fan, would add Husabergs to their KTM lineup.

What would it take, besides the reduction in the miles radius covered by Premier, to get such a dealer to carry Bergs in their lineup?

Brett,

I posted a similar thread on the topic of another dealer in Arizona about a year and a half ago and got the "terf" view on how distributors/dealers work. Makes sense to me I'll agree. However, what does the consumer do when his local dealership is not providing the service or satisfaction that it should? (not going into details in this thread) The only alternative I have is to go out of state and get my bits and pieces from someone else. I will not do business with someone who tells me I have to because I have nowhere else to go within 1500 miles! Thats what happened the last time I visited Premier...... (some ******* kid tried telling me that there is not another dealer within 1500miles, I almost choked the crap out him!)

p.s. Phoenix is (I think) the fifth largest city in the US and growing rapidly, are you sure there is not enough room for two dealers..... Bernies maybe? Anyplace is an hours drive from Phoenix anymore during rush hour traffic..... come to think of it, it doesn't even need to be rush hour, it's all the same on the freeways over here anymore! :?:

It's really unfortunate that Premier has gotten so bad. I too had some kid giving me attitude (continuously asking Can I help you? as I checked out the new Bergs). Its ridiculous that the only way to get good service is to spend $7000 on a bike.
Well I've seen on here that everyone seems to praise Motoxotica, so next time I need parts I'll try them.
Prescott would be a great spot for a dealership, or perhaps even Flagstaff.
Is anyone on this site from either city?
