Blown fuses

As the title says i keep blowing fuses. the bike starts o.k but every time i turn the engine off or stall, the bike will not restart. To get it to start again i have to replace the left hand fuse. I'm not to good with the electrical side of things
Anyone have any suggestions?
 
you have a bare wire (live feed) touching either the frame (an earth) or another wire. i'd say 80% that its around the headstock and all the rubbing there?
