Blocking clutch slave after lhrb conversion

Did a search and couldn't find an answer.
How did you guys block off the clutch slave cylinder after doing the lhrb conversion?
Did you just get a shorter banjo bolt and do it up or did you remove the cylinder all together and fit a blanking plate?
 
I removed the clutch push rod internally. The. I removed the clutch hose and fitted a plug in the slave. I probably didn't need to remove the push rod but I did. Before I found a plug, I cut the clutch hose off the fitting in to the slave and filled it with jb weld epoxy putty.
