Hi fakesy,

It would help if you put yout bike / model / year in your signature.

1. Dunno
2. Fully synthetic 4 stroke competition oil - check this with others. Don't know the SW.
3 & 4 E-bay.

Taffy might have more to say though.

Sorry it's a bit vague, but somethings better than nothing...or maybe not.

Fitted, but not yet tried
castrol power 1 gps 10w40, halfords 28 quid for 4 litres
oil filter, buy a scotts racing cleanable one, or for paper filters, check ebay for deals
goldfren pads are awesome, fitted them to dozens of bikes over the years, hard waering and effective

have fun

this isn't my own shop and whilst now and again i may weaken, i won't weaken if i can help it.

i swear by gold fren. motul 300 is a superb oil and then motorex 10/40W semi.

regards

Taffy

Hi Fakesy,
1) Yes, i have map switch. Yes , it plugs in behind light. There are three settings and you do notice a difference between them, having said that , standard works fine. Choices just confuse my brain but i do like gadgets and for £20 its something to play with.

2) motorex 10/50 power synt 4 or motorex cross power. see manual

3) Dont skimp on oil or filters, not worth it, you can get oil and the right filter from any ktm dealer or your husaberg dealer. part numbers in manual.

4) Now here you can save a bit, just go to local bike shop and they will match up from the book. I use MX gold sintered pads, £10 a set and work great.

One question. Did they give you a manual with your bike?

Cheers, Nick
