Bike wont start

This winter i tore the bike down. I opened the engine and the carburetor. Engine got new bearings and the carburetor some new fresh gaskets. After putting it all together the bike wont start or even make the slightest attempt to start. So far ive checked the spark which is good and the timing (head should be in the correct time, havent checked yet) and the engine has compression. And im quite confident that it gets fuel. I'll try to pour some fuel to the engine through the plug hole and see if it fires once i get home.

But any ideas or what to check next

fueol valve plays up. best to leave the drain nut off and turn the fuel on and prove to yourself that it works.

The carburetor gets fuel. Loosened the drain nut and fuel dripped down. Also tried pouring fuel through the plug whole and nothing happened when i kicked the bike.

And i want to mention that the bike ran before i took it apart. So ive probably made a mistake while rebuilding the engine/carburetor but i have no idea what that mistake is

Someone I knew with a 2008 fe 450e that looks identical to me and stores his bikes in my garage had a similar problem a few years ago. Turns out you can have one to many sodas and successfully assemble the carb with the slide in backwards then spend month chasing other issues trying to fix it.
