Bike stripping/blasting/paint coating in the North West UK??

Just a general inquiry really.

Does anyone know somebody reasonably local to the Wirral (UK), who will take your bike, strip it down fully (no Liverpool jokes please... :wink: ), blast the frame, re-coat & re-build for a reasonable price (my Hussa)?

Anyone have a ball-park price to expect for that sort of work?

Theres a good place in preston that will prepare an coat your stuff, but they wont strip the bike down for you.

Youd save a lot of money if you strip an rebuild it back yourself.

Yeah its called Fast Line Ltd, not to be confused with Fastline motorcycles. Father in laws a metal fabricator an they send thier stuff there. Me bro had his frame done there an so have a few other people i know.

Theres also Garrick coatings in bamber bridge, i once got a frame done there but it was via an ex employee i knew.

i know its a bit out of your way but can save you a lot ov money,ive just had my frame, swing arm, spring,rims,hubs,side stand done at cas cotings bradford in blue £145 vey nice job too ave always used them,07984665282,they blast then cote aswell.

Nice one guys, very helpful that, I'll be looking into this as my winter project, so might strip etc myself come to think of it & just get the frame/engine casing done etc.
