Bike lost all power after fuse change

I have a 2011 FE570S. The headlight and taillight stopped working so I replaced the #3 fuse which was burned out. When I went to turn on the ignition switch the running light flashed and the whole bike lost power. When I turn the ignition switch I get absolutely no power. The bike does nothing. Can any one point me in the right direction? Any help is appreciated.

Turns out the ignition fuse burned out when I replaced the headlight fuse. Replaced all the fuses. When I restarted the bike with out the headlight connected everything is fine. As soon as I plugged the headlight back in the headlight fuse burned out. Short or switch? Anyone else have this happen?

I checked the wiring from the light to the switch there does not seem to be any exposed wiring anywhere under the headlight. When the light is connected and I turn on the ignition it will blow the headlight fuse #3 or the ignition fuse #5.

Searched and found a post about #3 & 5 fuses being blown because of headlight bulb. I will change the bulb. I hope its that simple.
