BIKE BARN DEMO RIDE CANCELLED for now

The Bike Barn (Medford, OR) Demo ride coming up this Feb 5th is cancelled and possibly the plans for the Feb 12th demo ride too. Our Demo FE450e was involved in a head-on with a Yamaha...thankfully the Berg took little damage, however, our pilot, Dave got to take a Helicopter Ride and now has a Shattered right shoulder blade, multiple rib fractures, bruised lung and a fractured right wrist. Unfortunately, part availability for Dave is slow, so he may be out for a couple of months, However, the 450 demo should be ready to go for a Feb 12th or there-abouts demo ride...I will keep this site posted. Our Demo 650 is still in good shape, but with the lack of man-power at Bike Barn, it may be tough to put on a demo ride for a couple of weeks...

Sorry to hear that another Berg rider went down. I wish him a prompt recovery.

Was the head on on the trail?

Thanks much..I will let Dave know of your wishes....He's being driven 3 hours tomorrow to undergo surgery...apparently the local hospital has never seen the shoulder broken in such a way...
