things like this have been discussed for last 30 yrs or whenever it becomes politically sensitive.
i wouldn,t worry about it to much i just think the press had a slow news day and just wanted to sell some more mags.

Its On Its Way,They Also Want To Use That System To Charge Us Extra If We Use The Motorway Or Any Toll Roads On Top Of Normal Road Tax. 8O

They're Also Going To Make It Harder To Get A Full Licience,Currantly 21 They New Laws Will Make You Take 2 Tests And Only Allowed Full Licience When Your 28!

It is going to be illegal to ride your bike offroad in France as well, unless something is done. The offroad riders are getting organized to fight the new ordinance.

Heck they should go out and protest and ransack a Mc Donald's too.
