What is the best way (or most feasable) to join two pieces of eletrical wiring together. There is a vast array of different products to use. What is your favorite? With and without quick release connectors.

Thats guna depend on what the wire is used for.
Screw Terminal connectors,
Solder with heat shrink insulation,
Crimp links with or without glue filled shrink,
Shear bolt crimp links.
Cad weld...... depends on the purpose of the join (electrical or mechanical continuity) and the voltage / current to be used and the conditions it will be used in.........
Many more options depending on the application!

as above... depends on use. higher amp is best soldered. stakon type crimp splices work well if you use the proper crimp tool.

Connectors and dirt bikes is mostly trouble.
I always use the solder and heatshrink tubing.
Most reliable on our dirtbikes

+1 on solder, and heatshrink..

I will offset a pair or a group of wires so they all lay neatly inside a larger heatshrink tube.

Just be aware that soldering removes the flexability from the wire........ (or turns it solid!) which will cause the wire to be less flexable and thus more prone to fracturing (generally where copper meets solder) and never use duzal to clean the wires before soldering as it will induce weakness into copper.
