OE minimum overhaul, OE complete overhaul, overhaul with revisions and / or performance upgrades, etc.
Regarding "Best" please elaborate:
Example 2:
Lowest price, greatest convenience, quality of work without regard to expense, quickest turn around, compromise of some nature, etc.
Armed with the above information UHE members may likely be more accurately helpful and / or persuade to attempt you into performing your own repairs.
