Haven´t been here for a while.
My 570 is finally broken in and ready to race with Bergos 590cc kit.
Ran it for about 2h with a couple of oilchanges to flush out clutchfibers which caused the last failure.
Also installed a pressure gauge for checking oilpressure,put a 3mm washer into the bleedvalve in oilpump for some higher pressure.
Pressure raised from max 2,2bar to 3,5bar.
Advanced the ignition timing about 2degres to improve high rpm range,i was afraid that the 13,5:1 piston would take down the higher register.With advanced timing it revs just fine!
I have made a specialdevice for measuring AFR on big thumpers,see Picture,it works great!Fast and stabile values!
Spent some time measuring AFR and adjusting the injection and now the bike is awesome,it pulls like a freighttrain from idle rpm to almost revlimit.
