I was wrong, sprockets weren't 16/40, manual is wrong. I pulled the rear & it's a 45, front is a 15, I should've looked before ordering. Anyway, I'll correct the numbers. Sorry for the misinformation!
After riding the bike the first time I noticed how tall it was geared. Did some comparing to the KTM 525 EXC I had. Here are the numbers I came up with, I'm going to replace the 45 rear with a 48.
