The original map switch has rubber cover for protection from water and mud. The problem is that it is very hard to remove the cover. With one hand I held the connector for support and with the other I was peeling off the rubber cover. Obviously this was not the correct way, as my Map Switch is not working any more! I can see that it's connector is unstuck from the main body and is moving a little. It is not contacting any more, as somewhere inside the weld is broken
