hi,i have recently purchased a 2003 650 sm husaberg, but it came with kickstart only,i have some kind of wiring with it for a battery, but does anyone know where the battery is located and what you need (i.e bracket) to fit it?.thanks :cheers: .

The battery and bracket go in the area between the rear shock and starter. When the gallery becomes operational again there should be several pictures you can view relate to the battery fittment.
The more important question is, are all of the gears required to run the starter in the engine. Battery,battery bracket and wiring should be easy enough to find, good internals....not so much. Then there is the art of getting every thing just right so it will actually start using the button.
