Hi guys,
I need a new set of piston rings for my 2000 model FC600.
It's still got the original (I think) 'ASSO-WERKE' piston.
Ring gaps are outside tolerance, so bike was smoking badly but the piston and cylinder bore are both OK.
Does anyone know where i can get a set of rings for this piston?
I beleive they don't make 'em anymore, so I'm not sure if anyone's got spare rings.
A spare set of rings costs around £35, but a new piston kit costs around £130, so I don't wanna buy the whole kit if I can avoid it.
