Also looking for a black SM front fender...
I ordered the black fender from BOSS but it is a moose nose and I'm wanting the shorter fender like this:
I haven't heard back from BOSS on the black tank yet. I'm having my yellow tank Rhino coated in the mean time as I could never get paint to adhere without blisters.

The black tank for the Fs models is actually a very dark blue color. Almost black in appearance.
The part number is 8000711300073 - this a complete set-up. Includes fuel cap, blue spoilers, screws and graphics. You would have to check availability of the item.
I do have one of these that is complete, new in box that I bought a few years ago. I would part with it for full retail price.
