Anyone up for a Hatfield/McCoy ride?

I am trying to generate interest in a Hatfield/McCoy ride sometime this summer or fall. Is anyone interested in going? My group may consist of:
KTM something or other (Jared)
KX 500 (Steve)
CR 250 (Glen)
CR 500 (Trent)
RM 250 (Shawn)
FE600E (Volvonut/Steve)

Wildbill?
BP219?
The big black Ford van clan?
Schwim?
Anyone?

If I promise to sleep in the van?
If I promise to stay home?

Check my post about Browning Fork. There is some useful information there. Right now you need to set a date. I should be able to pull it off. You are right, need to find out how many is interested first.

I don't have a date as of yet, I wanted to see if there was any interest first and what people's open dates were. If we had several people interested and there was some continuity with their available times we could use that info to make a date. Heck... I don't know what I'm doing, I've been away so long, I even posted this topic in the wrong spot...oh well, just proof that Husaberg exhaust kills brain cells.

I may be intrested. It would depend on the date that you come up with. When you get a firm date and send it out I will let you know if I can make it.

I am in !!! I haven't got to ride off-road at all this year, just moto.
I'm jonesing real bad !!!
Name the date and I'll make it happen ! If you need any help with lodging , etc. I'll get-r-done ! I'll shoot ya an email.

It would be fun to go for a rip down there with you hooligans again but my therapist has advised that I still have unresolved issues from the last trip

Ride-it-again, Sam !?

Starting the ealry stages of planning a 2-3 day ride the last week of July 2007 @ Hat/McCoy. I just got back from there March 9-10, what a blast !

let me know what dates you are planning. always up for a good couple days of riding......and its only 3 or 4 hrs from me. I am going to try out daniel boone national forrest this summer also down by cumberland lake. if anyone has any info onthe trails there i would appreciate some pointers on where the best places are to go.

Might be able to pull something off. Might be a little later than I like but still might. Need to see what the 230 will do. Might be able to get more if a date could be set close.

Tore a ligament in my left thumd and seperated my left shoulder a bit practicin moto the first weekend in May.
I have an MRI June 7th and then back to the doc's on June 15th to find out if it'll be surgery or not.
Either way, thinkin maybe later part of Sept. I'll have to play it by ear right now ?

Wild Bill, you get a Honda CRF 230 ? If so, you'll be suprised how well it works down there. James blew right by me and my KTM 300 on more than one occasion in the nasties with one he was ridin !!!

I have a Yamaha TTR-230. I hope it does as good as a CRF but James is a lot better rider than me. Things are still up in the air here so will have to wait and see. BP heal well and don`t rush it takes longer to heal the older you get.
