That funny little race track at the bottom of the
I give up.
I hav spent too many hours trying to make a workable mould for a carbon mx end cap to replace the enduro cap.
I am now looking for a replacment mx end cap to either go straight in or another enduro cap that i can modify (i want to keep the original in case of noise issues come WOF time).
Anyone want to part with there spare end cap?
Happy to pay a fair price for a good one and can cope with some scratches but dont want a bent end cap.
Happy to buy an aftermarket cap if it bolts right in.
Any dealers want to jump in with a suitable product?

yours hopefully Bergbro.

P.S. as i reside in new zealand then there will be frieght involved (may exclude some USA dealers)

i found 1 original Husaberg 04 almost new enduro cap today in my parts whilst cleaning up it used but no scratches or dents.
I also have 1 only brand new modification piece for that exact muffler to make it a straight through. its a specially formed piece of perforated tube which requires you to chop off the inner pickup pipe leaving 20mm extruding from the enduro endcap, you then locate one end of the perforated tube in the front section of the original exhaust fill the rear chamber which is normally empty with exhaust packing and the slip the end cap on apply some silicon to seal and rivet back up.
It give you a noticable increase in power and its not loud enough to bother the noise police.
I sold lots of them when i had my shop its well made and wont fall apart.
They sell for $80 aud and comes with packing and alloy rivets, i recommend using stainless or steel rivets as they pull up tighter and wont flog out the holes in the exhaust can.
The original enduro end cap sells for $140 so i would take $70, plus if you want it $80 for the conversion, plus postage.
Remember KTM exhaust caps are almost identical and will fit but the angle of the exit is opposite to Berg and will burn your guard and blinkers if you run them..
