I have heard that Husaberg is changing the body style and colours(to Black,no yellow) for the 06 model.I also have heard that these new parts will available as kits to fit all models back to 01.Is this fact or fiction, anyone know?.....nsman
 
I believe you can already purchase an entire new set of black plastic for your 01+ berg including a tank!
 
Here are the part numbers for the husaberg parts. I don't know of any aftermarket plastics. I was told by quite few dealers and parts guys that you do not have to own a "force edition" bike to get the black plastics. Dick Clark racing told me they could get black tanks if you wanted.
I am sure that Dan at motoxotica could get them for you if they are infact available.

Thanks for the heads up and the Part no.'s Risky1 I'll talk to my dealer, but I fear they won't be cheap here in NZ.

It's just that I've never really been a great fan of yellow, and would prefer just about any other colour.
 
Don't forget that there are a lot more plastic avaliable (at least here) in other colors from the different years. Fork protectors and number plates in blue for instance. Just download the older parts manuals and find the article numbers there :wink:
 
can i just ask where you heard this as i thought the supermoto force (all black) was ugly

ahhhhhhhhhhhh :roll:

For what my to cents are worth I think the chance (risk!) of an all black Husaberg for 2006 _without_ a yellow/blue one is below zero!
But maybe we will se a black one as a complement to the original yellow/blue. KTM has had white, blue, red and so on for some years. HVA is nowadays available in red so there seems to be nothing holy left in the world :wink:
 
i agree possibly black as an option or special order?? me, ill go yellow and blue
 
My wife dreamed I would die on a yellow bike. Laughed at her: I had a KTM then. Then I bought the Suzuki and she reminded me... Oh well, I survived it, it almost survived me. Now I have a Berg and she says it still has yellow on it.

Now I have the opportunity to break the curse. Thanks :wink:

Where I heard of the possible colour change is not nearly as important as the fact that when Jedi asked "whats next" ,no one asked for a colour change.

these things have been coming up on ebay regularly. headlamp, front guard, lower seat, sidepanels. but not the tank!

I have heard that the 06 models will come with a black fuel tank which will be alot slimmer and similar to ktm styling .Hopefully they will fit previous models.
