Any advice? 2010 FE450 won't run

I started up my FE450 and rode for about a minute then stalled, bike is well maintained and always runs flawlessly. I pulled the fuel line off at the filter and it flows fuel when I crank it (not sure how much pressure its supposed to have but seems ok) It fires right up with a shot of starting fluid so I know it's got spark. I installed a new injector and new zipty filter. When I hit the starter quickly the fuel pump comes on and the FI light comes on for 2 seconds. When I crank it to start the FI light comes on for 2 seconds as well and then goes out- not even a sputter from the engine. #1 and 2 fuses looked fine but I replaced them anyway. Fuel is fresh and always non-ethanol. Any ideas on where to look next? I'm stumped.

I think 45 to 50 psi my first thought is fuel pump. Look on site you'll see a lot. When my 570 fuel pump went bad it still sounded good.

There may be a tiny cone filter in the fuel line, just before the injector.
The little suckers could also be found in the fuel line at the quick disconnect.
These are known to plug up over time.
Not all bikes had them (my FX450 did not).
