as per another thread, i put a lexx exhaust on a few weeks back to avoid heating issues with the stock pipe. i did the five minute idle thing and the bike runs okay, but have noticed that occasionally i blip the throttle to jump a log or rut and the bike stalls. from reading around, i assume this is probably because the bike is now running lean due to the aftermarket pipe freeing the bike up.
has anyone got feedback on how the performance map changed their berg in terms of performance and fuel economy etc? i'm not necessarily chasing more power but wouldn't mind getting rid of that occasional stalling. but then i noticed the other day on an adventure ride the economy has picked up, would have got 200km or around 120 miles running the tank dry! best previous was 180km so running a bit lean has extended the fuel range nicely it seems.
and while i'm a it, i read earlier threads about the airbox mods. does this still apply to 2012 models? i wasn't sure if maybe they'd improved the air intake since 2009? like the mapping above, just wondering what sort of difference it makes, not only performance-wise but especially any improvements in fuel range?
