What does anyone know anything about AER Front Forks. Good Bad (they are lighter) are they worth getting?
Took 5 minutes to figure out how to post.

Hi bought a set of these a few years ago they came off a husky motocross bike so I had them revalved for enduro th tuner told me they’re brilliant never bottom out, rode down a long steep hill with a little g out at the bottom and nearly broke my wrists. I bought them to replace a set of 4cs that had been revalved to perfection by the same person they were far better more plush with the air forks you could feel all the small stuff not really for me couldn’t wait to sell them.

Telling point is the number of people that offer revalves and cartridge kits for AER- stick with closed cartridge '10 to '12, they are SO good. Interesting Dollars mentioned 4CS, I had them on my '13 TE, Goldvalved them to my own spec, kept them closed cartridge, they were good, but my standard forks on my 570 are better- even on a heavier bike..............

There never used off of a 22 300TC going for $1800.00 US shipped at best I’m intermediate rider ? Would be going on a 21 300TE mostly single track riding. Are they that bad

'21 forks shouldn't be THAT bad, especially for tight stuff, unless you're really fast or really big- right springs and a revalve would be way less than $1800, and I reckon they would be better than standard AER. I've ridden '21 FE501 and the forks feel pretty good, rode it in tight snotty stuff. Big thing for ALL forks is correct springs- KTM group WP springs are ALWAYS too soft. I weigh 70kg, bikes are suposedly set for 80kg, I always go up 1 step on springs. Makes big difference in feel, even in slow going.
