Hi all,
I've come to the source for your advice.
Here's my story. I'm mid 40s, had about 22 bikes from Honda QA 50 @ 8yo. to my last bike which I sold, an XR1000 Harley. That was about 12 years ago. I've raced 1000cc Superbikes on the tar and MX on a YZ250 for fun. So I'd say I'm experienced if a little rusty.
So here I sit thinking I'd like to have some fun again. Sure I could buy a Gixxer 1000 or R1, but that fun would happen most likely at high speed. Then I spyed Supermotard catagory bikes and :idea !
Ok why choose a FS650. Well it looks good and has a good power to weight by the looks. Here in AU, we have KTM LC4, Husky 610 SM, and Husaberg.
I'm looking for a bike to putt around on when I'm lazy and mono, slide into corner and generally enjoy when in the mood.
One big down side is I hear it has no reserve fuel! Is that correct? Plus at $16000, they aren't cheap!
Anyway just to start the thread off will this Husaberg suit me. Ask any questions.
Thanks fellas.
