Hello everyone I replaced the thermostat fan and still is not working, and when the engine is warming up water overflow pipe out what is the reason?
thanks

probably weak spring on the radiator cap and/or poor riding style. keep the bike moving and it will stay cooler.

spec for the water level is only 10mm above the cores

like edelweiss wrote its probably the cap .. if not it can be combustion pressure forcing the water out .. leaking head gasket cracked head or liner.. but these are unlikely

thank you very much No cork gasket radiator and radiator wake it did not build pressure

the seal can get folded up on the cap.

to do a simple pressure test fill to the very brim with coolant and run the bike. look for bubbles coming up and out of the 12mm hole.

This happened with my '09 FE450 last year. It was the head gasket that cracked.

Replaced it. Problem solved.

My bike does overheat from time to time and it spews some cooling fluid on the floor, but its just for a couple seconds and then the cooling fan saves the day.
