Hey all I e-mailed Cody, back when we started this. He seemed to show
no interest. When I think about it mabe he did not recognize my name, well sorry Cody I was not more explicit about where and
when I hope you make it.

Jedhi,

Call me so I can hook you up with Parsko. He can leave as necessary to draft your trek south.

p.s. filters tubes and everything else that is not tied down :)

Why is it that nothing works out as planned :( The dark side is strong :).

Hey Parsko, looks like we will be leaving here sometime tomorrow instead of tonight. I'll touch base in the morning.

That's okay. I will be leaving around 9am then. I will go it alone. Just finished gapping my valves and changing oil. Will be good.

Sir, will you have any Husaberg jerseys? I want to get my hands on one.
Also, rocker cover gaskets and oil filters. I know Coffin has been bugging you about bringing enough. I felt left out, so I thought I bug you too :D :D .

You should avoid NYC. It will slow you down very much.

My planned route:
84
684
287
78
81
70
68
79
119

All major highways, except 119. I suggest you follow the same route. When you get near Boston, take 90 west to 84 south. It is quicker than 95 all the way. Plus, 95 through New York City is an absolute nightmare, especially with a huge trailer. My route will take you north around the city across the Tappan Zee Bridge, then down through Jersey. Hope this helps. Not sure what you had planned. BUT, if you are going to be going through the City in the middle of the night, between 11 and 6, you should be okay. Your choice.

Will see you there. My Cell is 203-981-7824. Feel free to call.

-Parsko

Sounds good, I'll take your advice.

Our huge trailer just shrunk to a medium sized trailer. The duallie that was to arrive today conveniently ended up not being a duallie so it got sent back. Should make for better time, less comfort.

Cheers
Josh

Is there any itenerary for riding yet?? When and where exactly?

Berger I had to do a little hunting and what I found is at Logan, Friday ride Dingess Rum Trails--drive to Gilbert and spend the night at the cabins---Saturday ride Browning Fork witch is right beside the cabin. Sunday ride Buffalo Mt. Trails. I don`t think this is firmly decided yet and if you have any questions PM--BP219. I guess Friday we will decide. Hope this helps

Since we will already be in Logan, it makes sense to ride the Dingess Rum Trails on Friday morning. Bring a lunch for when we take a break back at the trail head.
After riding Friday, how about dinner at Tops ? It's a *****-tonk that has great steaks . Depending on your beer tab, it's about $20 for a meal.
We'll then drive about 40 minutes to our cabins in Gilbert . We can either buy groceries and cook breakfast in the morning, or we can go to Billie Ann's to eat. Same with dinner in the evening.
Sat. we can ride right from our cabins to the trail. Bring plenty of water and a snack for the trail. We can ride into Gilbert for lunch also.
Sunday it's about a 35 minute drive to Buffalo Mountain, we can also ride right into town. After riding Sunday, it's off for home.
It's going to be 89' on Fri., 85' on Sat., and 86' on Sun. with a 30-40% chance of rain each day, most of it scattered.
I was hoping that everyone wouldn't mind rising bright and early every morning ? That way we can get breakfast out of the way and on the trails. We can ride all day so everyone can get the max for their buck since most are from far away.
That will also let us do maintenance on our bikes before dark, get cleaned up, and eat dinner. This way we will have time for plenty of beverage, bench racing, and some sleep before the next days ride.
This is only a suggestion and of course flexible. We are gonna have 19 riders !!!
See you gents Thursday night around midnight at the Super 8.

Sounds like a plan. I have no agenda other then to ride and have fun. Long days and good meals sound perfect.

Its been a hectic day, and finally we are loading trailer. Should be outta here in a couple hours...then only eighteen hours to Deliverance  .

We should be somewhere in the proximity tomorrow evening.

I too, say that sounds like a good plan. Me, just loaded up the bike on the trailer. All trailer lights work! Misc garage items loaded into minivan. Now I just gotta get the inside stuff all in one pile, and I'm good to go.

I should be on the highway around 9:30ish. Jedi, I know you won't read this before you go, but if you are leaving around now from OOOOHHHH Canada, that should put you right around my pad around when I am on the road. Coffin has my cell number, you have his...

Wish me luck folks. Luckily my lady is lending me her fancy camera for the weekend. I promised not to take it on the trail :( But I will get some nice bench racing pics otherwise. Stories and pictures will be posted early next week.

Well I`m loaded up and ready to go. Have to drive slow and careful with the smoke bomb. See you when I get there, if you see a cloud of smoke somewhere it`s proably me. Well headed out the door.

I made it to Toronto after a long day sitting in airports. I am supposed to fly out at 12:40 and meet Berger in Charleston at around 5pm. Hopefully there will be no problem with the flights today.

Just talked with Jedhi. They left at 3am and currently rolling south. He is hauling the 40ft trailer after all so we will have to deal with parking that beast somewhere close to the clan

See you soon :D

out the door at 6:00 pm est look forward to riding with you all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
