-99 Fe501 new flywheel

Hi there again. havent been here for a long time

So my magnets of my husabergs flywheel started to drop off and i think i might need new one. we have glued them once back on their place but after last summer they are started to move again and they will damage stators wiring.

puller i can find from taffys store but does anyone have any leftovers or know someone who might have this part?

hello

well with a hydraulic clutch it has to be a 2000 only. just a 2000.

the magnets can be loose for years with no real problems? did you try Loctitie 326?

we sold our last new Flywheel about a month ago. from now on the value of these must go up (and up, and up!)

So new flywheels are now extremely hard to get? we will give a new change for that flywheel and glue them once again.

My point was when they get loose and they will move closer that magnetos case and because of that they are damaging it and stators wiring.

I think it is clearing now why these magnets are now causing problems. Now after last ride engine got stuck and its able to move only backwards so obviously main bearings have failed. There were lots of small pieces of metal and bit like small pieces of small springs that are from seals?

i dont have flywheel puller yet but ill offer it from your store soon taffy.

Are these pn. 36000101 bearings 6206/C4?
