Hi guys a little advice if possible,
Ive a little issue with a 97 501. Basically the gear selector shaft sheared off whilst out riding. Ive stripped it down and removed damaged shaft, no issues so far and replaced damaged parts. My issue lies with clutch basket, it doesnt want to sit far enough the shaft to enable circlip to sit in its groove, am i missing something obvious or is there any kind of tool required to make fitment easier?
