Has new valves fresh piston new gaskets fresh carb rebuild set by manuel valves set by manuel timing set tdc cam lobs 11 and 1 great spark will not start did i miss somthing

It has been a couple months since I reassembled my 94, but I believe your camshaft may be 180 degrees off. If I remember correctly, at TDC the cam lobes should be facing down.

Thankyou this thing has me going nuts and its my first husaberg and really want to see if they live up to their rep

The 99 service manual is available for download on this site, which is what I used as a reference for my 94. It does show to install the cam with lobes down. So that may be your problem.

Installing Cam with lobes up is OK - unless you have set the valve clearance with them up as well.

If that's all good and the timing is right there is only fuel left.

How is the plug ? Does it get wet ?
Do you have gas in the carb ?
The first time I cleaned my carb I installed the floats upside down , this will not allow any fuel to enter the carb

You can make home made napalm out of fuel and styrofoam. Make sure to keep your distance if you have fuel in the tank.

I re set he time lobs down readjusted e valves checked the stator new plug new lines double checked the carb tried another new plug the plug is getting wet raised idle speed bright blue spark im at a loss

Lower the idle speed ?

I would Try a different carb off a running bike

Tow it but use a long rope. If it starts and runs at high rpm with a short rope you'll hit the tow vehicle

Thank ned37 for that tip.

Zaga has good advice for you too to measure the coil resistance. Sometimes a spark that looks good isn't good enough

Is your ignition timing correct?

When I tried to tow mine the rearwheel refused to spin since there is not enough weight to fight the compression :p
