570 Throttle body tuning

Ive never really stuffed around with anything like this on my dirt bikes, but I am curious about this.
Would this affect the durability / reliability of the motor by much?

You'll also need to provide proper mapping for it. I doubt that the map sensor will be enough to provide a good EFI map, especially on the high end.

I already have a good ECU which exceeds the possibility of tuning the standard maps. I tried the FS yesterday and it ROCKS. The acceleration is much faster now with cut spoilers the ECU and an open exhaust with a power chamber. Now the question is will a ported throttle body help even more or it will be unnoticed.
