570 Throttle body tuning

I read a lot of throttle body porting, and some about replacement throttle bodies.

Suppose I'm considering tuning the intake - what is the easiest way to go about it?
Are replacement throttle bodies easily available?
What is the porting to the throttle body - just smoothing the surface areas or re-boring the throttle body to larger size?

Dont know about the replacement throttles but the easiset way would be to port (make it bigger) stock 42mm, 45mm possible. But most make them 44mm.

Thanks.
Once I port it to 44mm, how should I "compensate" the size of the throttle butterfly?

You have to make a new one.
Yes Bergos have.. you send yours in and get a bigger in return.

I assume this is for supermoto use, yes?

You'll also need to provide proper mapping for it. I doubt that the map sensor will be enough to provide a good EFI map, especially on the high end.

I already have a good ECU which exceeds the possibility of tuning the standard maps. I tried the FS yesterday and it ROCKS. The acceleration is much faster now with cut spoilers the ECU and an open exhaust with a power chamber. Now the question is will a ported throttle body help even more or it will be unnoticed.

We have tested that port a std TB from 42mm to 44mm givs you pretty much 2hp more, and a longer rpm range with higher power.
