Everything on the Berg 2009-2010 is DC. This bike doesn't have any AC harness.
The harness is ready for the fan under the main frame beam, between the radiators. Plug and play.

Husaberg Factory Fan kit for 2010 FE570 draws 2.4Amps with the engine off.
Measured with a Fluke Multimeter
I set it to DC Amps and placed the Multimeter directly accross the Thermostat Switch at the bottom of the Radiator. This closes the circuit to the fan. Had to hit the start button for 1 second to engage the power relay on the bike to enable power to the Fan circuit.

Picture of Fan below mounted on Right Hand Side of bike. You can see one bracket attached by a pop-rivet that mounts on the side of the radiator:

Hi SNOW JW, I received your PM
Hey thanks for the info just curious do you know what temp that the fan or therm is triggered at??

I could see no Temp marks on the "Temperature switch for radiator fan"

Using my trusty Trailtech TTO Temperature gauge it shows 103~104 Degrees C when the fan switches on. It seems to Switch back off again at 102 Degrees C.

Now the sensor for the Trailtech Temperature gauge is mounted in one of the rubber coolant hoses on the left side of the bike. The "Temperature switch for radiator fan" is on the bottom right hand side radiator so I am not 100% sure how accurate my reading is, but I guess it is pretty close.

Just on another subject:
The Trailtech TTO Temperature gauge has a high temperature memory that resets itself once the temperature goes down and rises back above 54 Degrees C. That is really handy I reckon for those of you having heat troubles. The maximum temp flashes up every 10 seconds for 2 seconds then goes back to current temp. You can check it after you have stopped the bike.
I also have an EFFEX Temp Sticker on the Left Radiator and surprisingly it pretty much followed the Trailtech gauge within about 5 degrees. I reckon the EFFEX Temp stickers are pretty accurate, just hard to see because they are so small.

The stock temp switch closes at 100C, don't know where it switches off. There is a mark on the side of the temp switch that indicates the close point of 100.

Hi Dale, I was close only 3~4 degree out. Couldn't see the mark, it must have been on the side that I could not see near the motor.

The only reason I know is b/c I have destroyed two right side radiators, AND the temp switch. Got to looking at it when I took the new one out of the box. The numbers are really small too!
