I have no "expert" opinion ZAGA but im happy to share data 
another difference between the cams is in the timing of the auto decomp interrupt
I don't have any data on the 53 cam we need LCs and intake closing point /ex open point to compare stuff in theory
if you check the dodgy spreadsheet I put up it shows enough specs for most of the cams to get a fair idea of what each one will do relative to another but as always you have to try them and see what happens.
I would try the cheapest one and play with the timing to get what you want.
