5 year maintenance recommendations - FE570

So I have had a solid 5 years of reliable riding from my Fe570. Granted I only managed to tick off 3K worth of miles (2.5 year hiatus due to locale and an FS650), but the season is coming up and I want to maintain the reliability since my new riding areas are brutal and not very accessible except by bike or horse.

All I have done thus far is change the oil every 7-10 hours and replace the battery and plug. Last season the bike began to take a little longer to light off so I figure it's time to get around to checking the valves and other what nots.

Fuel system has been flawless.

Last season a couple of guys smoked their clutches at the beginning of a 100+ mile day. Not wanting to go through that myself I want to check the fiber plates to see how much life I have left, or find a decent clutch pack that is not $$$$.

Does anyone know what the service limits are on the fibers? Or can anyone recommend a quality, at a fair price, clutch pack? OEM is ludicrously priced, and I have never heard of Tusk. Does EBC or Barnett make a clutch pack for the 570?

Other than valve clearance, injector cleaning, and clutch check is there anything else I should be looking at? (Wheel and swing arm bearings are a given)

I want to be sensible and not waste money on parts that are not needed, but reliability is a key thing. Don't want to be "that guy" halfway through a ride.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Remove the electrical loom, clean it and inspect it. I'm sure you will find a few places with exposed cables. A short or a cut cable is a pain on a trail. Take plenty of pictures before and during removal as it is quite a tight fit in some places.

thoughts:
- spare injector?
- spare fuel pump? idk ...
- ultrasonic cleaners are relativeoy cheap these days (for injectors)
- clutch may be the same as ktm 530? might make it easier to find parts?
