Anyone have a recommendation on who has experience with re-valving the new 4CS forks? Specifically for a '13 FE350.
Preferably west of the Mississippi...

The only outfit that I know of so far who has been into these forks is slavens racing in Colorado. He is usually on the forefront of anything new, although he currently is backed-up on suspension work till Mid-May in talking with him the other day. He is a very in high demand individual for his quality work. Somebody else was asking if Dale EO has any experience with these forks yet, and you might join in with some recent posts that have been made here and ask questions. Depending on your time frame.

Hi I dont think anybody has done any testing to make it better than stock atleast in the USA
why do you want to revalve the forks they are pretty good stock besides they seems to break in slowly
and untill they broken in I think it is waste of $
I have a TE 300 8H on it and they still feel raw with that in mind you might have to go out on rebound beyond
the factory setting to prevent the it from packing I am 21 clicks out and I want 22 clicks for low speed rebound
but a little fast on high speed rebound that would likely change as the fork breaks in and temp warms up
later VIKING

Thanks Viking. I was actually thinking the same. That said, what about new springs? I am 180 lbs with no gear. Mostly rocky mountain trail riding, single track, and Moab.

Any input would be appreciated, thanks!

Fljar,

I responded to your email request about setting up your suspension on your new bike with the 4CS forks.

Research and testing on the 4CS forks as well as the new shock has been completed, and, significant performance improvements are available on both the forks and the shock.

Good news Dale, that you have so much R&D on the '13 bikes finished already. I take delivery of a FE 501 next week and will keep you in mind down the road if need be. I know you would perform top notch work from all the positive comments I have read.

Enduro Engineering has had a set of 4CS forks since last summer and has them dialed in.
