450- 09 dosen't start?

My 450-09 doesn’t start.

When I press start-button the engine spin – e-start working correct.

The FI lamp doesn’t light as It should when the engine try to start. The power relay doesn’t 'pull'/work and therefore there is no power to fuel pump etc.

I have tried to switch following parts with my other bike, also a 450_09, and that one start normally

• EFI
• Power relay
• Volt regulator

I have checked the output from the stator, I get the same value (volt) as from the working bike. There is no connection between none of the three cabels to ground. There is connection between the three cables.

I have looked under the seat for broken cables doesn’t find any.

I don’t have more ideas now.

Anyone with the same problem?

All tips are welcomed.

sounds very similar to my 450 and it was a broken wire in the wiring loom where it bends around the shock, hard to find! but easy to repair, the loom comes out of the bike quite easily really hope you find the problem

Re no fi lamp ,no power

As suggested by Johny a friend and I have both had a similar problem which was a broken wire in the loom adjacent to the shocker.
There is a junction of 3 wires red and white I think and they corrode and break off at the join breaking power to the power relay located in front of the cylinder head between the frame gussets.
After having this happen twice I completely replaced the red and white wire and joined them away from this area
