jeepers creepers!

if you ever want an excuse for DVSKs then just take a look at the latest price hike for the good old 37mm inlet! it was £40 just over a year ago and then went to £66 in the spring and now it has just gone to £92. that's $300 australian rubels and 900 american zlotos!

man! do not over rev regularly to valve bounce yer old 470/550/650 (and some 501s i believe?) coz it's gonna cost you an arm and a leg - but that's only an estimate as ken would say!

Yeah those 37 inlets are more expensive than gold.
I just couldn't bring myself to pay that and got some customs done.
That was a year or so ago now but they wanted $210 "rubels" each for em back then.

no went through all that sometime ago and found nothing

Yeah so did I. Nuttin......not a thing.
It's a phucking rort. Right up there with the counterbalancer.
I expect to pay a bit for bike parts but these things are just pure bend over and take it till it hurts kinda prices.

yes, but a year ago i was paying £35 for a 35mm inlet and £42 for a 37mm inlet. the 35s are now just £21 while the 37s are £92.

how absurd is that!

I machined me a clamp to hold 6mm stem valve in my lathe and grinded a cutter for the grove. I buy blanks for reasonable money. The large valves my billet head uses, I bought for a Porsche GT3 for half the sum!
