2nd Question: Will a 160 Avon Distanza on a 5" Wheel Fit on an FE570?

Well, found out the Distanzia i have was already block shaved. 2mm clearance to chain, and 3mm clearance from the opposite side swingarm after indexing the wheel with the spokes. Good news!

Would love to see that chain block you are talking about when you have time.

My rear wheel Just left this morning to get a new hub installed by alpina

But I almost finished installing the chainblock it takes some modification to the swingarm slider and the mudflap behind the rear schock for clearance +drilling and tapping one hole in the swingarm.(I used the other mounting point for the chainblock that was already there oem for the swingarm slider
Already did these things maybe ad 1mm washer behind the chainblock to get it closer to the chain but I will see how everything lines up when I get the wheel back in.

grip issue

Hello Pentaxis. Hate to rain on the parade. But. Husaberg super-moto bikes weigh far less than any sport bike. You just don`t need a 160 back there. Are you leaning so far you are scuffing the tread right to the edge? A greater concern must be the tire itself. Distanzia tires refuse to grip like sport tires. The front in particular will wash out on corner entries with no warning. It sounds like you want a sport tire that permits a bit of off road use. Michelin Pilot Road tires come in odd dirt bike sizes. These allow near race cornering speeds, up to where you better be on a well tuned sport bike anyway. No off roading though. We used Conti TKC80s on medium sized dual-sports. As odd as it seems, 28 or so psi lets you charge twisty sections as hard as anything with these. They were built for huge BMWs, so a KLR or fast Husaberg is very easy on the big tread blocks. Of course drop to 20 or less psi for dirt use. Then have a riot blasting past real dirt bikes while flat-tracking like Chris Carr, etc. Good Luck. L
