250 2 stroke starter motor

Have searched but can't find anything.
My starter motor only seems to work when it wants to. 2011 250. Any ideas or mods that can be done, or are they just useless? Thanks.
 
I sell them but I don't know what goes wrong with them! I know KTM owners got disillusioned with the same problem. perhaps if no joy here you could check out KTMtalk.com
