Right now! Just go to your local KTM dealership, pick up a 350 EXCW, stop by your local hardwre store, buy one can of blue and one can of yellow spray paint and your all set.
If you listen really closely you can hear INNOVATION being bashed around the head by CONFORMITY using a bag full of cash.
Unfortunately the last Husabergs were built in 2012 and I understand the commercial imperitive but this reasoning doesn't make it any less sad.
Long live ball tearing dirt bikes that are different ......any body got the number of Maico?
What if Ktm went with the berg? Engine we JWouldn't be different, just the handling???? And that's what makes a berg it's ergonomics, and power of the big sucker, but the Ktm motor must be good, they would not pick it if it wasn't.
As long as it feels like a berg handling wise i will buy one, if I ever have that money......
Let's just wait and see how they ride after a few ppl buy them and report back and then call them ****!!!!!!!!
I've heard some time in September for the UK, and October mentioned for Australia. I'd imagine it would be a similar timescale for other countries but you'd probably be best asking a local dealer if you're somewhere else.
Or like the man said, if you're in a real hurry you could always pick up a KTM and either paint it or just wear blue-tinted shades. Course, you'd then be stuck with the non-Husaberg bits like a kick starter as standard and an unfashionable metal subframe...
Last time I spoke to my dealer he didn't have the exact details of his allocation yet but he'd been told the first bikes would definitely be coming through in September here. Hard to say when the USA will get them as that market does seem to get treated differently (e.g. often not getting all the models), could be the same time as everywhere else or maybe a bit later. I'd hope the distributor would have some idea by now of likely delivery dates though.
