2012 Fe390 dies at idle

after great weekend out riding I washed bike with bucket water other day and after wards it failed stay running.

would start but then die, if kept revs up it was fine. like was out fo fuel

going to do following too

1 - check fuel filter
2 - reset throttle TPS (need find how to guide)
3 - cry as cam chain sounded bi noisy but maybe cold engine

Also looks like my FI light doesn't light up on start

Does anyone have the P/N for the LED bulb as I cant find it on my parts fiche

Check if you have any water/moisture on the sparkplug. If you have small sparks will jump over to the head giving a weak/bad spark. So pull the plug, blow it clean with some compressed air. Maybe even spray in some 5-56 or similar and blow dry again.

See if that helps.

If you have a garage you can see the sparks if it's dark (and if you have that problem...)

Cheers that must been issue as it runs fine noe after dried out

Also got led sorted, soldered a new 12v led strip on i had from rc flying and thats working

Now sort what seems be noisey cam chain that was never there till i highsided bike at weekend

Or could be my imagination
