2011 te300 vs 2013 te300 - Opinions?

Hi all,

Please can anyone briefly explain the main differences between the 2011 and 2013 300te?

I have been looking for a while now but I cannot find any 2013/2014 300s for sale whilst there are few older ones on the market at the moment so I am wondering what are the 2013 benefits realistically... I would really appreciate if someone who has owned the two bikes share his honest opinion :)

Also how many hours do you do on your top ends?

Mine is 2012 but as far as I remember the main differences are:
Grey-coloured frame changed to yellow and more important: rear subframe changed from aluminium to plastic; air filter fixing was also changed... previous system is apparently better. I guess this is it.
 
Everything is different a whole new machine. 2011 and 12 are the same 13 and 14 are different in many ways. the 13/14 have the 4CS suspension frame change and a bunch of other stuff. Go on google and look at a spec sheet from the 11 and then one for the 13/4 you will see the changes. It is vary rare that a model two years newer has not changed as the engineers correct issues or make issues to try and build a better machine always. Update technology each year.

I just bougt a 2014 TE300, 5 rides from new... very pleased with it! :)

Can’t wait to try it and see how it compares to my RM250!
