2011 FE 570 map (California)

Can the map on the 2011 FE 570 be changed?
The reason I ask is, with this bike being CARB legal in California, I can see where there might be some resistance for dealers to perform anything that would possibly alter the CARB legal settings. Hell, some dealers don't even want to change jets anymore. Are all the maps pre-installed in the ECU? Is it just a matter of installing the Map switch to access the more aggressive setting?
I plan on buying one of these next year as a retirement present to myself. Can't wait till May 2012.

I just picked up my FE570 from the dealer and have ordered the 70 degree map switch. I'll let you know how it works. By design it has three settings, oem, soft and aggressive.
